Smart-Help.AI is a start-up focused on providing AI-powered customer service agents capable of handling phone calls, website enquiries and customer interactions around the clock. The project began with a collection of AI-generated logo concepts that explored themes of communication, messaging and automation, but lacked the clarity and flexibility needed for a growing business. Drawing on the strongest elements of these early ideas, the identity was refined into a simple and scalable brand system centred around the visual language of conversation. The resulting design includes responsive logo variations, a defined colour palette, supporting iconography and business card applications, creating a professional and versatile foundation that can grow alongside the business and its expanding range of AI-powered services.
